嬉しい効果が沢山あります。
美肌、老化防止、血流改善、滋養強壮、新陳代謝アップ、不眠改善など。

ホットでもアイスでも美味しく、以前に紹介したトウモロコシのひげ茶とブレンドするのもお勧めです。どちらも教室にも置いているので、試してみてください。

<p>今回はトウモロコシのひげ茶(옥수수 수염차)を紹介します。</p>
<p>トウモロコシのひげ茶は、トウモロコシの甘さと香ばしさが感じられる飲みやすいお茶です。</p>
<p>夏が旬のトウモロコシには胃腸機能やむくみ改善など薬膳効果がありますが、実だけでなく皮、ひげ、芯にも薬効がある優れものです。</p>
