<p>■材料<br />ニラ 1/2束<br />玉ねぎ 1/4個<br />人参 適量<br /><br />生地<br />小麦粉 50g、片栗粉 20g、卵 1/2個、塩 小さじ 1/2、水 60ml<br /><br />ヤンニョムジャン(タレ)<br />醤油 大さじ 1、酢 大さじ 1、砂糖 大さじ 1/2、ごま油 小さじ 1、ごま 適量</p>

<p>■ 作り方<br />1. 醤油、酢、砂糖、ごま油、ごまを混ぜてタレを作ります。<br />2. ニラは5cmの大きさに切り、玉ねぎと人参は千切りにします。<br />3. 小麦粉、片栗粉、卵、塩、水を入れて生地を作ります。<br />4. 切った野菜を生地に入れ、よく混ぜます。<br />5. フライパンに油を多めにひき、生地を入れて薄く伸ばします。<br />6. 両面をこんがり焼けば完成です。</p>

<p>料理で学ぶ韓国語会話<br />マンドぅ(韓国餃子)<br /><br />日本の餃子とは異なり、韓国のマンドゥはふっくらとした厚い皮が特徴で、具材も野菜や豆腐がたっぷり入っており、食べ応えがあります。蒸したり焼いたり、鍋に入れたりと様々な調理法で楽しめますよ。<br /><br />■材料 10個分<br />餃子の皮 10枚<br />豆腐 40g<br />にら 2本<br />ねぎ 1/4本<br />白菜 1枚<br />豚挽肉 50g<br />春雨 10g<br />もやし 50g<br /><br />■餡の下味<br />醤油 大さじ 1/2<br />塩 少々<br />オイスターソース 小さじ 1/2<br />ごま油 大さじ 1/2<br />生姜 小さじ 1/2<br />刻みにんにく 小さじ 1/2<br />胡椒 少々<br /><br />■ヤンニョムジャン (タレ)<br />水 大さじ 1<br />醤油 大さじ 1<br />酢 大さじ 1<br />細挽き唐辛子 大さじ 1/2<br /><br />■作り方<br />1. 春雨は水で戻し、豆腐は水切りします。<br />2. 春雨ともやしを茹で、小さく切ります。<br />3. にら、ねぎ、白菜をみじん切りにします。<br />4. 豚挽肉と 「餡の下味」の材料を入れて下味をつけます。<br />5. 材料を全て混ぜ合わせて、冷蔵庫で 15〜30分寝かせます。<br />6. 餃子の皮に餡を包みます。<br />7. 10分蒸します。</p>

● 만드는 방법
1. 메밀국수를 삶은 후 찬물에 헹궈 체에 밭쳐 물기를 빼요.
2.대파는 송송 썰어요.
3.간장, 설탕, 식초를 섞어 준비해요.
4.그릇에 국수를 담고 3, 들기름, 들깨가루, 대파와 김가루를 넣어요.
5. 잘 비벼 먹어요.

〈材料〉
蕎麦　1人分
ねぎ　少々
醤油　小さじ2
砂糖　小さじ1 1/2
酢　小さじ1
えごま油　大さじ1
えごま粉またはすり胡麻　大さじ1
刻み韓国海苔　適量

〈作り方〉
1. 蕎麦は茹でて水ですすぎ、水気をよく切ります。
2.ねぎは小口切りにします。
3.醤油、砂糖、酢を混ぜます。
4.器に蕎麦を盛り、3、えごま油、えごまパウダー、ねぎと海苔を入れます。.
5. よく混ぜて食べます。</pre>

<pre>ツナキムチチゲ
〈材料〉
ツナ缶　1缶
キムチ　150g
豆腐　1/2丁
えのき　1/3袋
ねぎ　1/3本
水　400ml
ダシダ　小さじ1/2
コチュジャン　小さじ1
塩　少々

〈作り方〉
1.豆腐は食べやすい大きさに切り、ねぎは斜め切りにします。
2.ツナとキムチを弱火で5分ぐらい炒めます。ツナ缶は油を切らず入れます。
3.水加え、ダシダとコチュジャンを入れ中火で10分煮ます。
4.豆腐、えのき、ねぎを加えさらに3分煮ます。
5.塩、胡椒で味を整えて完成です。<br /><br /></pre>
<pre>참치김치찌개

●재료
참치캔 1개 
김치 150g
두부 1/2모
팽이버섯 1/3봉지
대파 1/3대
물 400ml
다시다 1/2작은술
고추장 1작은술
소금, 후추 약간


●만드는 방법
1. 두부는 먹기 좋은 크기로 자르고, 대파는 어슷하게 썰어요.
2. 냄비에 참치와 김치를 넣고 약불에서 5분 정도 볶아요.참치캔은 기름을 제거하지 않고 그대로 사용.
3. 물을 붓고 다시다와 고추장을 풀어 넣은 뒤, 중불에서 10분간 끓여요.
4. 두부, 팽이버섯, 대파를 넣고 3분 정도 더 끓여요.
5. 마지막으로 소금과 후추로 간을 맞추면 완성이에요.</pre>

<p>クジョルパン(九節板)は、8種類の具材と小麦粉を薄く焼いたクレープ生地の9種類の食材を並べたお料理です。今回は具材が6種類、全部で7種類なのでチルチョルパン(七節板)。小麦粉のクレープ生地に好きな具材をのせ、ソースをつけていただきます。</p>
<p>白身魚の蒸し物は、キンパのご飯と海苔の部分がお魚になったイメージです。</p>
