<p class="p1"><span class="s1">・カニカマ　</span><span class="s2">3</span><span class="s1">本</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">・ネギ青い部分　</span><span class="s2">3</span><span class="s1">ｃｍ</span><span class="s2">程度</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">・水</span><span class="s2">150cc ダシダ小さじ1/3</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">・ごま油　適量</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">〈作り方〉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">①カニカマ、ネギはみじん切りにする。鍋にごま油を薄く塗る。トッウペギに切ったカニカマ、ネギを入れる。（飾り用に少しずつ取っておく）</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">②①に卵を割り良く溶き、水とダシダを加え良く混ぜる。塩を加え味を調える。</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">③時々混ぜながら</span><span class="s2">8</span><span class="s1">割位固まってきたら弱火にし、深めの器で蓋をして</span><span class="s2">2</span><span class="s1">分蒸す。最後に飾り用に取っておいたカニカマとネギを散らし、ごま油を少したらす。</span></p>
